Wintermute Biomedical returned to BioJapan in Yokohama in October 2025, continuing our engagement with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and business development leaders from Japan and across the Asia-Pacific region.
Following Wintermute’s participation in BioJapan 2024, returning to the conference provided an opportunity to strengthen existing relationships, establish new connections and provide an update on the continued development of Solexan™, our investigational topical antiviral for herpes zoster (shingles).
BioJapan provides an important international partnering platform, bringing together established pharmaceutical companies, emerging biotechnology companies, investors and research organisations.
Wintermute participated in a programme of business development and partnering meetings, providing an opportunity to discuss the progress of Solexan™ and explore potential strategic relationships supporting its future clinical development and commercialisation.
Our return to Yokohama also enabled the Company to continue conversations initiated through previous engagement in the region and build deeper relationships within the Japanese pharmaceutical sector.
Wintermute Biomedical continues to engage with potential pharmaceutical and strategic partners across key international markets as the Solexan™ programme advances.
